Supervisory Training Program
Supervisors are your first line of defense: what they say and do can either create or prevent a problem. Oftentimes, employers reward their most loyal, knowledgeable and hard working employees by promoting them into supervisory or other management level positions. Many of these employees, however, have never honed the supervisory and managerial skills necessary to be in such leadership positions.
Providing the proper training to supervisors and managers is essential. Such training can help shield your organization from costly and time-consuming litigation claims.
Royal LLP has designed a comprehensive workshop series called Starting Point. Each series consists of 2 to 3 sessions (depending upon the subject matter) with each session lasting one hour in length. Through these topic-specific workshops, we will teach your supervisors and managers how to avoid the most common mistakes that lead to employment litigation claims. We will arm them with the right information to make the right decisions and thereby reduce the risk of such claims.
