Benjamin A. Bristol is an associate attorney at Royal LLP. Ben focuses his practice in matters including labor relations, workplace safety and OSHA, unfair competition and trade secrets, discrimination and harassment, employee privacy, wage/hour and disability and other leave laws. Ben counsels companies on compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination and Employent Act. He speaks on a variety of labor and employment related topics.

Ben is a magna cum laude graduate of Springfield College. He received his Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Ben is active in the community and has volunteered at a diverse array of organizations, including the Office of the Victim Advocate in Hartford, Connecticut and the Department of Children and Families in Springfield, Massachusetts. Ben has served as Assistant Coach of the South Hadley High School Boys' Lacrosse Team.
