Mike Fenton focuses his practice in representing employers, insurers and self-insurers in defending against workers’ compensation claims. He handles all phases of workers’ compensation litigation, both before the Division of Industrial Accidents, in court, and on appeal. He also assists clients in workers’ compensation preventive planning, such as developing safety measures to help reduce claims. In addition, Mike practices in the area of corporate law advising businesses on entity formation, organization and structure and drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
Mike received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Providence College and received his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law. Mike served on the Board of Directors of The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
Mike is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Massachusetts.
